Edward M. Neal CPA
Ed has BBA and MBA degrees in accounting from the University of Mississippi. He has owned and managed a CPA firm in Memphis since 1981, and has over 35 years of experience in taxation and business consulting. He built his firm by always focusing on the client’s needs. Ed is active in numerous civic and professional organizations and has held a variety of leadership positions within those groups. In addition to his public practice, he is an intermediary for mergers and acquisitions of middle market companies. He is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ed and his team of professionals work closely with both individuals and small/medium size business owners on income tax, accounting and management issues.
David Rikard, CPA
David has a BBA degree in accounting from University of Memphis. A life-long resident of the Midsouth, David holds a license to practice in both Tennessee and Arkansas. David has over 25 years of experience in both public and private accounting ranging from "Big 8” public accounting to Controller and CFO in private industry to his own practice in taxation and consulting. Focused on solving client problems, David has a broad background in accounting and management consulting projects ranging from establishing accounting systems from scratch to reorganizing long standing corporate structures. David is active in numerous civic and professional organizations and is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
